What Is Leninism

Leninism is a political ideology developed by Russian Marxist revolutionary Vladimir Lenin that proposes the establishment of the dictatorship of the proletariat led by a revolutionary vanguard party as the political prelude to the establishment of communism. The function of the Leninist vanguard party is to provide the working classes with the political consciousness (education and organisation) and revolutionary leadership necessary to depose capitalism. Leninism in practice meant control of all aspects of life by the Communist Party and the creation of the first modern totalitarian state.

  What Is Communism Communism is a political and economic doctrine that aims to replace private property and a profit-based economy with public ownership and communal control of the major means of production and the natural resources of a society. Communism also involves the absence of social classes, money, and the state. Communists often seek a voluntary state of self-governance but disagree on the means to this end. Communism is based on the revolutionary socialism of Karl Marx , who advocated a proletarian overthrow of capitalist structures and the establishment of a classless society.  Communism According to the Oxford Dictionaries, communism is defined as a theory or system of social organization in which all property is owned by the community and each person contributes and receives according to their ability and needs.
