- It reduces the impact of socioeconomic differences in society. ² Communism promotes equality on a philosophical level by eliminating private property, social classes, and money. ³ Everyone contributes and receives according to their ability and needs. ¹

- It provides employment opportunities for everyone. ² Communism ensures that everyone has a job based on their skills and the needs of the society. There are no roles considered superior or inferior to others. ²

- It can transform the shape of an economy to the vision of the leader. ² Communism allows the government to mobilize economic resources quickly and efficiently for large-scale projects. It can also achieve long-term goals without political interference or opposition. ²

It takes away from individual freedom and choice. ² Communism subordinates the welfare of the people to the social goals of the state. It eliminates free market and competition, which can stifle innovation and creativity. It also restricts personal expression and dissent. ²

 It creates a powerful and corrupt elite. ² Communism often leads to a dictatorship or an oligarchy, where a few people hold absolute power over the society. They can abuse their authority and exploit the masses for their own benefit. They can also suppress human rights and civil liberties. ²

It ignores human nature and diversity. ² Communism assumes that everyone is willing to work hard and share equally with others. It does not account for individual differences, preferences, motivations, or incentives. It can also create resentment and conflict among people who feel exploited or oppressed by the system. ²
